Karl Lagerfeld’s Paris-Bombay pre-fall showcase at Paris’ Grand Palais was attended by some of the hottest names in the fashion and film business. Guests were treated to an opulent showcase, defined by critics as Lagerfeld’s homage to India, whilst sipping champagne at a table set for high tea. Salom Kapoor and Frieda Pinto were amongst the guests both wearing Chanel dresses from the SS12 collection. On the jewellery front, Frieda wore the ‘Cascade de Diamants’ cuff in white gold set with white and black diamonds as well as the ‘Camélia’ ring in white gold and diamonds from the Chanel Fine Jewellery collection. Salom wore layered vintage pearl strands and aqua beaded necklace.
