Located in London’s trendy Shoreditch, and the combined vision of designers Kamilla Thorsen of jewellery brand Dynasty and Rachel Entwistle of Rachel Entwistle Jewellery, Thor & Wistle’s decor is a delicious blend of bespoke furniture fashioned from up-cycled salvaged materials and unique antiquities, all of which are the perfect foil to the duo’s characterful collections inspired by natural history, entomology, curiosities and mythology.
"Not only is Thor & Wistle a shop – it’s a studio too," explained a delighted Rachel when asked how she sees the venture evolving. "We want the place to be a beautiful and inspiring space to visit and work in. We aim to develop our relationships with our customers and hold special friends’ events where customers can not only buy jewellery in a relaxed setting but also understand where the visions of the designs come from from the creators themselves. We want customers to have a special and personal relationship to their jewellery".
We have no doubt she’ll get her wish.
