"To me, this Kara Ross cuff perfectly embodies the essence of the film ‘Black Swan’ by Darren Aronofsky. Throughout the film Natalie Portman’s character desperately tries to keep her wits about her as she becomes overcome by madness. I see this Kara Ross cuff as a perfect representation of Portman’s mind as the darkness slowly begins to creep in. The shards of black onyx cut against the cool hematite base are much like Portman’s delusions that cut through her fragile mind".
