Jewellery trends are inspired by the catwalk, that we know… it seems natural then that the horse is making its way into our designer jewellery boxes. It all makes sense when we just rewind a little to February and the Fashion Week circuit and look at the runways, not only of Ralph Lauren whom we traditionally asscociate with a bit of "Equestrian, darling", but also the likes of Dior and Paul Smith. Fashion’s ringmasters had their models trotting effortlessly in hacking jackets and jodhpurs in what could easily be referred to as the ‘fashion gymkhana’.
