ITEM OF THE WEEK

With mane on the brain and a week identifying our seasonal must-haves, Fiona Paxton’s two-tone chain necklace wins the race for a place on the podium this week. On a recent trip to EC One, one of London’s hip and happening jewellery stores, this piece jumped out at me from behind the glass – a great piece, by a great designer at a great price!! I asked Fiona about the inspiration behind this neckpiece and this is what she had to say: "The inspiration for the Trent necklace came from the patterns created by interlinking crossing lines, chains and shadow play. The collection of mixed chains, cord and leather was inspired by Spanish saddles and the beautiful horses of Andalusia".
